The Bloomberg Businessweek Education staff wants to make your experience as enjoyable and trouble-free as possible. To ensure your continued satisfaction we offer the following answers to some of the most commonly asked questions:

Q: How do I register for a resource center account?

A: First you need to be subscribed to Bloomberg Businessweek magazine. Find out if your school has set up a subscription for you on your behalf or if you will be purchasing your own subscription. After your subscription has been processed, you will get a confirmation email from Bloomberg Businessweek letting you know when your subscription will begin. You can then register for a student or faculty resource center account at http://resourcecenter.businessweek.com/Be sure to register with same email address as the one tied to your subscription.


Q: I’m unable to login to the resource center. Who can I contact?

A: First make sure you are at the correct URL: resourcecenter.businessweek.com and that you have previously registered for a resource center account. [Note: If you have a digital subscription via Zinio.com, your Zinio login is NOT your resource center login. You will still need to create a resource center account.] If you are still having difficulty logging in, please email our tech support at bwgroup@bloomberg.net.

Q: My student(s) took the career assessment on the student resource center but they say they have not received their reports back via email. What should they do?

A: If your students completed the Career Assessment but did not receive the report back via email shortly after, please have them email bwgroup@bloomberg.net. Someone will help them soon.

Q: How can I change my password to the resource center?

A: First you must be logged into the resource center. Then click on the My Account link in the top left corner to make any account updates such as changing your password. If you do not see the “My Account” link on the top left corner, it means you are not currently logged into the resource center.

Q: I’m trying to find an article or guide from a prior issue of Bloomberg Businessweek. How can I find it?

A: Once you’ve logged into the resource center, you will have access to our Advanced Search feature. Here you can find prior articles and guides by keyword, discipline, reviewer, or issue date.

Q: I have a digital subscription order through Zinio and do not know how to access it. What do I do?

A Please review our Zinio FAQ at www.zinio.com/bloombergfaq which provides information on what Zinio is, how to create a Zinio account, how to read Bloomberg Businessweek on Zinio, what devices you can access Zinio from, and contact information for Zinio's dedicated customer support team.

Q: I have a print subscription. Is there digital access included?

A Print subscribers get free digital access through the Businessweek+ App, available for Apple and Samsung devices. Along with digital access to the magazine, the app includes in-story videos and infographics, interactive index with live stock data, and audio from Tom Keene, Charlie Rose, and other Bloomberg personalities. Q: How do I request a subscription for me and/or my students?

A: Find out if your institution will be purchasing a subscription for you and/or your students. If your institution will not be purchasing a subscription for you and/or your students, download and circulate our classroom order form  to get Bloomberg Businessweek at our special education rate.
